Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation Fees apply as follows:
- Scheduled appointments cancelled within 5 days of the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a 75% cancellation fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and discretion may be applied where appropriate.
